Bryan Guido Hassin is an entrepreneur and leader building the sustainable, prosperous, equitable future. As CEO of DEXMAT, a Rice spinout, he is leading the scaleup of carbon-negative materials to render steel, aluminum, and copper obsolete, and achieve gigatons of impact. Prior to DEXMAT, Bryan was Cofounder and CEO of Third Derivative, the world's largest climatetech innovation ecosystem. Previously he has led multiple climatetech ventures to $100M+ exits. Bryan is a Board Director at Pyrophyte and GIVEWATTS. He earned his MBA With Honours and Leadership Distinction at IMD and undergraduate and graduate degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Rice University, where he played football for the Owls and was President of Lovett College. Bryan has previously served as President of the Association of Rice Alumni and President of Rice Engineering Alumni.
