Internships are a great way for students to discover their passions and have summer-long interviews for jobs after graduation. Rice engineers secure internships in a variety of ways, but most find them through the Rice Center for Career Development (CCD). The CCD is ranked number 12 by Princeton Review, and a glance at their calendar of events shows how they earned that position. Through two annual Career and Internship Expos, information and networking sessions with companies from a wide variety of industries, and support in the form of resume reviews, interview coaching, salary negotiating workshops and more, the CCD helps students find internships that align with their interests and that often lead to job offers after graduation.
