The George R. Brown School of Engineering welcomes alumni, family and friends back to campus during Rice Homecoming and Reunion on November 1 and 2. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the university’s first homecoming and the formation of the Association of Rice Alumni. Bioengineering Innovation Symposium
The 2019 Bioengineering Innovation Symposium will feature keynote lectures from Charles Liu M.D., Ph.D. & Peter Hotez, M.D., Ph.D., faculty talks, lab tours, and a networking reception and industry showcase. The Oshman Engineering Design Kitchen will host an open house. Come see what is new in the kitchen and learn about engineering undergraduates’ work to conceive, design and test prototypes to solve unique design challenges.

Rice Engineering Alumni Homecoming Reception
Join us for the annual Rice Engineering Alumni Homecoming Reception, where Dean Reginald DesRoches will give the State of the School of Engineering address at 4:30 p.m., followed by a reception.
